1. Tadasana (Mountain Pose)

Benefit: Improves posture and balance, strengthens thighs, knees, and ankles.
Solution: Stand with feet together, arms at sides. Distribute weight evenly, lift through the crown of your head, and breathe deeply.

2. Vrikshasana (Tree Pose)

Benefit: Enhances balance, strengthens legs, and opens the hips.

Solution: Stand on one leg, place the sole of the other foot on the inner thigh or calf, and bring hands together in prayer position.

3. Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II Pose)

Benefit: Strengthens legs and arms, improves stamina, stretches hips and shoulders.

Solution: Stand with legs wide apart, turn one foot out, bend the knee over the ankle, and extend arms parallel to the ground.

4. Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)

Benefit: Strengthens the spine, alleviates lower back pain, opens the chest.

Solution: Lie on your stomach, place hands under shoulders, lift chest while keeping hips and legs on the floor.

5. Utkatasana (Chair Pose)

Benefit: Strengthens thighs, hips, and spine, improves balance.

Solution: Stand with feet together, bend knees, and lower hips as if sitting back in a chair. Raise arms overhead.

6. Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose)

Benefit: Opens the hips, stretches inner thighs and groin, relieves menstrual discomfort.

Solution: Sit with soles of feet together, knees bent out to sides. Hold feet and gently press knees towards the ground.

7. Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle Pose)

Benefit: Opens the hips, promotes relaxation, reduces stress.

Solution: Lie on your back, bring soles of feet together, let knees drop to the sides, and place hands by your sides or on your belly.

8. Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose)

Benefit: Strengthens the back, glutes, and hamstrings, stretches the chest and neck.

Solution: Lie on your back, bend knees, place feet hip-width apart, and lift hips towards the ceiling.
